entrepreneurial and banking careers, Leslie has utilized her zeal for
creativity to add both enjoyment and productivity to the workplace. An
accomplished writer, speaker and manager, she blends best business practices
with human intuition for a uniquely successful approach to complex
initiatives.
Leslie’s career
in the financial services industry included positions such as Human
Resources Manager, Director of Customer Service and Project Manager for
strategic initiatives such as succession planning, acquisitions, new systems
implementations and expense reductions. In addition, she graduated among
the top 10% of her class from the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management
at the University of Virginia.
As a writer, she
has authored numerous acclaimed newsletters, articles and memoranda for both
employers and clients. In addition, she has designed and implemented
several morale enhancement programs that have been adopted by clients for
long-term use due to increased productivity and reduced turnover.
She has been
characterized as a “process thinker” by clients and co-workers for her
ability to see how each of the trees individually affects the forest.
In 1999, she co-founded Business Insights, Inc. The company specializes in
organizational development, project management, leadership, teambuilding,
communications and customer service.
